Planna does not replace professional advice from event planners, attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, venue managers, vendors, or other qualified professionals.

Any planning suggestions, checklists, timelines, task lists, or content provided by Planna are for general organizational purposes only and should be reviewed by you before relying on them.

6. AI and Automated Features

Planna may describe or later offer AI-powered or automated features that help generate, organize, revise, or suggest event planning content.

You understand and agree that AI-generated or automated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific event. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated or automated output before using it.

Planna does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, legally compliant, vendor-ready, culturally appropriate, or suitable for your event.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, financial information, health information, information about children, or other highly sensitive content unless Planna expressly provides a secure feature for that purpose and explains how that information will be handled.

7. User Submissions and Feedback

You may choose to submit information to Planna, including waitlist details, survey responses, feedback, product suggestions, messages, or other content.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any information you provide and that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
